Our goal is to provide you with the best DeLafée experience possible from ordering online or by phone to reception of your order by you or the gift recipient.

Offer and conclusion of contract

 

 The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a binding offer but an invitation to place an order.

 

By clicking on the [Confirm Order] button, the customer places a binding order for the products listed on the order page. The customer cannot change the order once it has been placed.

 

As soon as the order is received, DeLfée International SARL confirms receipt of the order by e-mail. The purchase contract is concluded only when DeLfée International SARL confirms dispatch of the goods by e-mail (the order or dispatch confirmation) or at the latest upon delivery of the goods.     

 

 

Delivery

 

We ship orders on the next business day. All orders are shipped directly from Switzerland to ensure maximum freshness. Please note that we cannot guaranty delivery dates with the Regular shipping option. If you need your order to be delivered before a specific date, please select the "Express" option for delivery with Fedex.

 

Goods shall remain the property of DeLafée International SARL until full payment has been made. Prior to the transfer of title the goods may not be pledged, transferred by way of security, processed or altered without the permission of Läderach online shop.

 

Tax and Customs

 

Please note that for orders outside of Switzerland your country may charge import and/or sales taxes. DeLafée International SARL ships all orders DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid). It is your responsability to pay for taxes or import duties in the destination country.
